Cragrook v1.1: Bugfixes and tweaks (and cheats!)

Now that the jam is over, I can do a few bugfixes and improvements! 

Cragrook v1.1

• Added Sound/Music sliders
• Added key rebinding (press Esc or Select during gameplay)
• Increased grapple range by 10%
• Fixed hovering during Grapple when pressing Down
• Added one more bombable shortcut to earlier floors
• Decreased width of floors 4-6
• Moved all floors and floor quests up by 1 floor (except the final door)
• Boss is now immune to bombs
• Added an ending credits screen
• Added a cheat key combination: press ~ and PageDown
  • When pressed in the start area, completes the next quest in order and gives you the reward
  • When pressed during a mission, increments the floor counter by 1
